We want every piece of CASABELLA cookware to feel like the right fit for your kitchen. If something doesn't work out, returning it is simple:
Return Window Ship your return within 3 days of delivery, based on the carrier's tracking date.
How to Start a Return Log into your account at casabellaus.com, find your order, and click "Return" — you can print your return invoice and shipping label right from there.
Item Condition Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and inserts included. Sets must be returned complete.
Return Shipping Return shipping is covered by the customer. Just pack your items securely and drop them off with your carrier of choice.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
